Who We Are

Goode Surgical is a team of over 75 technology consultants, sales associates and operational customer support personnel who are solely focused on helping surgeons treat their patients better. Arthrex is a privately held medical device company who has helped pioneer the field of Arthroscopy. They have developed thousands of innovative products and surgical techniques to advance the field of minimally invasive surgery worldwide.

What We Do

Arthrex sales representatives must go through hundreds of hours of training and pass proficiency exams before they can be called a Technology Consultant. Technology Consultants are expected to have the knowledge and expertise to provide the right solutions at the right time in order to help surgeons treat their patients better. Medical education is at the core of what Arthrex and Goode Surgical stands for. Goode Surgical offers two state of the art surgical training centers located in Phoenix and Las Vegas. Both facilities have cadaveric specimen stations with the latest technology to help surgeons perfect their surgical skills. No other company offers the local tools and resources to help surgeons treat their patients better.

Why It Matters

Patients put their complete trust in the surgeons and the care givers who treat them. It matters that surgeons and their team feel totally supported in the operating room in order to get the best possible result for their patients. Health care professionals have dedicated their lives to helping those in need. Goode Surgical and Arthrex have dedicated their lives to help make that happen.
